Techplex 101 -

is a caustic based product often needed in boiler water treatment programs to impart alkalinity. This assists in both precipitating hardness salts and improving corrosion inhibition. Techplex 101 can also be used in cooling water systems to restore & maintain required levels of pH.

Techplex 114 -

is an inorganic phosphate used in high or low pressure boilers for the effective and efficient precipitation of calcium hardness salts from solution.

Techplex 160 -

is a blend of organic additives formulated to give excellent sludge control & inhibition of the fouling of heat exchange surfaces. It is particularly advantageous in overcoming the detrimental problems that metal oxides eg. iron oxides can cause in boiler waters.

Techplex 162 -

is an alkaline mixture containing organic additives (to inhibit scale) and an alkalinity builder to ensure the efficient precipitation of hardness salts. The alkalinity also further reduces corrosion of the boiler internals & feed systems.

Techplex 170 -

is a blend incorporating inorganic phosphate together with organic polymers. The formulation offers both both dispersion and sequestration allowing it to inhibit the deposition of both hardness salts & metal oxides on heat transfer surfaces.

Techplex 178 -

has been specially formulated for application in steam generation boilers. Particularly 'Fulton' boilers and boilers that have a history of boiler water instability ie high alkalinity, high TDS and resultant 'carryover'. Techplex 178 employs a combination of hardness precipitant, polymer dispersant and metal passivator.

Techplex 179 -

has been specifically formulated to satisfy the water treatment needs of the smaller steam generators that focus attention to conductivity yet require some consideration of alkalinity. Techplex 179 addresses all aspects of boiler water conditioning with the clear objective of maintaining both clean boiler internals and boiler water stability ie. minimal carryover (a common feature of these types of boilers). Techplex 179 contains a combination of hardness precipitant, alkalinity builder, polymer and passivator.

Techplex 180 -

has been specially formulated for application as a 'one pack' solution for water treatment of steam generation boilers. Techplex 180 employs a combination of oxygen scavenger (catalysed sodium sulphite), hardness control (alkali & phosphate), supported by the use of both a polymer dispersant and sequestrant.

Techplex 186 -

is a corrosion inhibitor formulation specifically designed for use in MPHW & HPHW systems that receive 'demin' water makeup. The chemicals selected will assist in the formation of a protective, passive iron & copper oxide film. It will also elevate boiler water pH. Any leakage from the system will not result in the formation of encrustations due to the chemicals added to the system water.

Techplex 190 -

is a 'one pack' boiler water treatment program. It is a blend of all the essential component treatments. Oxygen scavenging is achieved by use of catalysed sodium sulphite. Hardness control is achieved by the use of both alkali & phosphate and is supported by the use of both polymer dispersant and sequestrant.

Techplex 194 -

is a general purpose 'antifoam' for use in boiler plants and desalination to minimise carryover and thus maintain steam/condensate purity.

Techtrox 202 -

is a blend of organic compounds which offer both corrosion inhibition and dispersive properties. Corrosion inhibition through its ability both, to scavenge oxygen and form a protective film on the metal surface. Techtrox 202 also aids in the formation of a protective magnetite film.

Techtrox 216 -

is a catalysed aqueous based oxygen scavenger that finds wide application in boiler water treatment

Techamine 350 -

is a mixture of volatile neutralising amines used to inhibit acid corrosion in the after boiler sections of steam generating systems. The selected amines exhibit distribution ratios that favour protection of the steam condensate system.
