A range of electronic driven solenoid pumps.Programmable microprocessor with several control options.Precise electronic frequency control.Manual stroke length adjustment.Low level protection / remote control facility.Simply controlled from touch sensitive buttons on facia.16 digit 2 line LCD display.Optional RS 232 control port available.Priming valve fitted as standard.IP 65 enclosure in high temperature resistant plastic.ID.R EX Type - Chemical dosing pumpsThe ID.R range of chemical dosing pumps, are multifunctional electronic solenoid driven dosing pumps which incorporate various electronic control options.The ID.R EX version incorporates both frequency and stroke length adjustment, with an easily programmable microprocessor which permits multifunction control options, as follows : External impulse control with pulse/stroke multiplication, division & pulse management. Milliamp proportional control with 2 set points for creating dosing band widths. Precise ppm control of solution strength proportional to water flowrate. Timer with weekly and daily programmes and up to 8 stop / start outputs per day. Other features available include Integral calendar/clock, various alarms with audible output, manual override and choice of operating language.
Standard accessory kit :The pumps are are supplied complete with a standard set of hoses/fittings and integral priming valve.They are available in the following 3 sizes: 4 litres / Hour at 18 Bar max. 10 litres / Hour at 8 Bar max 15 litres / Hour at 4 Bar max Power supply : Standard 230 VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz.
