The '6300Br D' - bromine dosing and control.
6300Br D (T) bromine dosing system for cooling towers.A bromine dosing system for basic dosing and control functions required for the sterilisation of package cooling towers.Basic system (Model 6300BR) incorporates dual dosing pumps with Redox controller.System illustrated (Model 6300Br D (T)) incorporates optional 7 Day/24 Hour timer for intermittent dosing.Pre-assembled, factory wired and tested for ease of installation.Optional 230 and 110 volt versions available.Complementary packages include :-Model 6300D Inhibitor, non oxidising biocide & conductivity bleed controlModel 6300pHD for pH correction. Available in matching enclosures.Model 6300Br D (T) bromine dosing system for cooling towers.Specification :1 x wall mounting enclosure, in grey highly impact resistant ABS material, with hinged inner aluminium facia, and outer transparent door. The enclosure is supplied complete with a fitting kit to surface mount it to any dry indoor vertical wall or other support.Mounted in the enclosure is : 1 x Redox controller, type IN.RX.2. facia mounted beneath the window door. Scaled for this application 0 - 1,000 millivolts. Controller has 2 x multi-turn potentiometer setpoints, output directional switches and relay outputs for valve control / alarm. The following indicator LED indicating lamps are fitted as standard : Power "on" indication, Green LED. High Redox setpoint, dosing pumps operating Red LED. Low Redox set point, alarm. Red LED. A dip type or flow cell redox electrode is supplied with each system, (please specify at time of order). 2 x Bromine dosing pumps, variable speed type PS4 peristaltic pumps each rated 3L/Hr to 2.5 bar max, are fitted one into each side of the control panel. Optional 7 day 24 hour timer, for intermittent control of dosing pumps, under the control of the Redox instrument. (As illustrated).
General Notes :1. All pumps have clear plastic hinged front windows, with wire tag facility for sealing after programming, and are supplied complete with footvalve strainers, suction hose, 2 metres of delivery hose and an injection fitting / bulkhead connector.2. Each panel is supplied complete with a fixing kit for wall mounting which eliminates the need to enter, or drill the box when fixing. 3. All electrical connections are made via a numbered terminal strip, and a connection diagram is included in the operating instructions.
