'Compact' reverse osmosis units

Output range from 100 to 600 litres/hour
Specification

All reverse osmosis plant is supplied with integral fully automatic microprocessor control. This allows for continuous conductivity monitoring and readout, high & low conductivity control and cut out, high water level cut out & start probes, automatic & pre-service flushing and total run accumulator.

In addition the specification includes :

Compact size with minimal footprint (650 x 650 mm)

ESPA low pressure, low fouling membranes

Rugged welded stainless steel frame

Stainless steel bodied single phase high pressure pump

Pump, concentrate and feed pressure gauges

Activated carbon chlorine/organics filter

Level switches for permeate tank included

Adjustable low feed pressure cut out

75% Recovery in standard form

Side port vessels on all systems

Low voltage solenoids

Pre set recirculation

Permeate & concentrate flow gauges

5 micron Sediment Filter

ABS piping on all systems

Additional information :

The flow rates quoted are anticipated outputs after 3 years of operation. Initial output is likely to be higher than quoted.

All plant performance is rated at a typical UK mains water temperature of 12 deg C.

RO plant must be supplied with softened dechlorinated water. For continuous & uninterrupted supply a duplex water softener is recommended.

RO plant should be serviced on a six monthly basis or more frequently if operating conditions warrant.

CPA or ESPA2 membranes can be supplied to give even higher quality permeate water.

Installation, commission and programming - site requirements :

Continuous soft water supply @ pressure minimum of 2 bar. Power supply 240 volt 50 Hz single phase. Floor space sufficient for duplex water softener and brine tank, Reverse Osmosis unit together with access to drain point and permeate water holding tank.
